Vizslas originated in Hungary where they were used to assist in hunting. Males should ideally stand 22 to 24 inches at the shoulder, and females should ideally stand 21 to 23 inches at the shoulder. Their short, sleek coats are golden rust colored. Vizslas are high-energy dogs who love to run and romp. They are affectionate and loyal.
