Bedlington Terrier

Bedlington Terriers, originally developed in Northern England to hunt vermin, are very unique looking dogs somewhat resembling lambs. Males should stand 16.5 inches at the shoulder, and females should stand 15.5 inches at the shoulder. Their coats come in blue, liver, sandy, blue and tan, liver and tan, and sandy and tan. Bedlingtons are generally affectionate with people, but tend to be aggressive around other animals. A Bedlington is not a good choice if you have other pets in your household.
