In most cases, when we refer to "Doggedhealth llc" in the Agreement, we also mean its agents, representatives and employees.

No failure of Doggedhealth llc to enforce any of its rights under the Agreement will act as a waiver of such rights or prevent Doggedhealth llc from enforcing those rights at a later time.

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Site and Services or the Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

If any portion of any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Headings used in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual significance.
